I had the same problem on my Kronos 73 with 3.0.2 OS running. Could not update to any newer firmware... Change usb sticks, formated on kronos, all files on root folder of usb. The solution was to reboot the kronos and leaving the usb stick connected all time at bootup. Now update works! So plugin ...

I had the some problem upgrading from 3.0.2 on Kronos 73.

However the solution was to restart the kronos with the usb memory already attached during bootup. That solved my problem and kronos is now upgraded to 3.1.4
