I received the 3rd, yes the 3rd Keyboard from Sweetwater and so far things are looking good. This time I did not update the OS.

Using the Software Editor I am able to generate a Patch file and an INI file for use in DAW but is it also possible to generate a Patch file containing the COMBI?

If the 3rd one has that problem also then you can be sure that the shipping company is mishandling it. I'm willing to bet it is being caused by one of 2 things or both. 1.
