I have same problem with my volca sample .. usualy in p9 only some note play ...

Sometimes when i'm in step mode and i put steps and press play,the timeing just go through and don't play that steps,maybe only few . (Usually part9)
My question is if my volca need repair or it'something normal

I want to buy one of electribes and i have low budget(~200$) . For tekno/tribe/hardtek which one is a good deal between ea/es/er ?
