Update: korg sent me a new Minilogue.

Quick test , no background sound as the previous, knob ok.

seems faulty to me too.

Lets see what the spanish technical service say or do about it, cos i bought it 3 months ago, and is not been used, just a few times.

The click is not an issue for me, the background noise is.

Tried a mini MS20, to check background noise, and it was clean, no background noise at all.

My minilogue master knob doesn't work. Get the same amount of sound in any position.
Firmware and factory reset does not solve it.

Any ideas?

Yes it happens to me too,dont know how to get rid of the background noise, plus my master knob doesn't work now....

I get the same noise on my monologue. The background noise is very annoying.
