For anyone in India, facing the same problem: The Kronos ships with EU style plugs in India. What I did was, I purchased adapters for the plugs from Amazon. They are called schuko adapters. Plug in the Kronos plug into the schuko adapter, then plug in the schuko adapter into a well grounded AC MAINS ...

sf2 files is also another thing to understand. You need to understand what they are and their compatibility, just as much as understanding how Kronos works and what it can work with. I looked up complaints about getting sf2 files to work and found this thread with similar complaints as yours. https ...

Just plugin the pedal jack into whichever socket you want, either sustain, damper or assignable ... I did the same with my sustain pedal. No issues till now...
