Doh!

So, let me guess - save it as a MIDI file and everything is good, right? Went back and watched the Korg Pa700 Video Series: Recording (again). I was thinking I had to save it as an MP3.

So, I'm working on designing a setup for a song and, in the manual, the Ensemble section states: "There are several types of Ensemble, but with MOST of them what you play with ...

Well, yeah, if the final file is an mp3, you can store it on a USB drive plugged into the Pa700, play it and play along to it using a kybd set. But, you cannot play an mp3 and run a Style at the same time. Korg rules.

Paul, yes, you can change instruments with the press of a button or with a touch of the screen. Instruments are grouped in fours, all of which can be completely different. These are called Keyboard Sets and you can have up to four groups of four, or 16 different instruments to choose from per song ...

Harry has done an outstanding job of describing his process! Just wanted to know if there is anything else someone would add, like your microSD capacity, differing access times for various types of files, file management tricks - stuff like that will be very helpful to me, a new owner of a Pa700 ...
