Korg Kronos 2 88, mint condition
I’m selling my Kronos 2 as I barely use it since I have a good midi keyboard. I bought it new in October 2018 and it never left from my studio and was hardly used. (No kids, no dust and no smoke area). Pristine condition, no scratches and in original box with all the original accessories. I’m loc ...

Kronos 2 and logic Pro X
Hi guys, I'm trying to create a multi-track piano cover. Channel 1 = piano, other channels = other instruments. I've created a combi with all my instruments. When I record my piano track in Logic Pro as an audio file, the sound is very good. But I would like to record as a midi track to be able to ...

Just a feed back
Now it's a few months that i've got my Kronos and I love it more and more. Each day i discover new features, new sounds, new inspiration. Terminology and how to use it is now more and more clear. I still have a lot to learn. Here is one of my piano cover that i made entirely on the Kronos. https ...

Damper pedal doesn't work
It's probably not the right section, but i didn't find in which section I can post my problem. I have a Damper pedal Korg DS-1H connected to my Kronos 2 88. Sometimes i have to reboot the Kronos before the pedal is working, but since yesterday, it's also happening when i play, suddenly the pedal ...

I'm a beginner with the Kronos but i compare very often piano sounds on different digital pianos and write reviews. I've also tried different piano VST's on different keyboards connected as midi controllers. And what I've noticed is that the sound is really more realistic on a very good keyboard ...

What could help is to think of the Kronos not as an instrument but as a full studio, because it's the case. The Kronos is a Worstation , not a simple instrument. So just imagine a room with several keyboards and instruments, drums, percussions, a mixer, a sampler, an effect unit and a multitrack ...

Hi Flabis66, I see you seem to be francophone, so may I suggest this video below for a start. It is a tutorial on how to sample a simple sound. In your example of ducks, it is even more simple, since you would not need to loop your samples. Start with easy things, only one sample first, then create ...

Thanks everybody, it’s clear now. I didn’t expect so long answers, and didn’t ask how to use them, but the manual and all the video tutorials use so many abréviations that I never heard before. And each description of a term in the manual use other abréviations. So finally I’m totally lost. But my go ...

omg, i feel noober now :( Let's see in a concrete case: If I go in the nature and record a few ducks sounds (the duck is the "instrument"). Each sound is saved as a wav file, a sample, right? The collection of these samples are the Expansion Samples? Then i can create an (EXi ???) where i attribute ...

EX's Libraries
Sorry, again a noob question:
I'm reading the Kronos Operation guide (i'm in the Sampling chapter), and I don't understand what is an Ex's (Expansion Sample). Can you explain and give an exemple when we use them?
