Re: ?’s about using Kronos as a hub live
That kind of gentle saturation per channel makes much more of a difference on a mix with 100 tracks, not two stereo pairs. I'm pretty sure this is a bit too technical of an explanation for what you're asking though. Btw just wanted to say that type of explanation not to technical at all :) I mix ...

Wow Charles, thank you so much! Sorry for being redundant, I guess my whole mix-down mindset(I know this doesn’t make sense haha) kind of took over as having everything on its own track and treating it individually, but everything would still would be treated individually just summed down to a s ...

Hi Bob Another thing I wanted to mention is how it’s imossible to get the type of depth from sampling(mostly from records) directly into my Apollo as opposed to a external sampler or keyboard like the Kronos, it’s jist not the same, even with 4 saturation plug-ins, console/tape/single band/multi ban ...

Apollo vs Korg Kronos as sound card?
So recently I got someone a Korg Kronos, I gave them my old Focurite claret also so they’re using this setup with a 2015 MBP, recently we set things up to use the Kronos as the sound card in and out, and my goodness, there’s no comparison in sound quality, pluging a guitar into the Kronos blows away ...

Something just came to my head and I think I found a work around! I’m not by the setup in question right now, I’m actually helping somebody with all of this, but what if I were to only activate the right usb input and monitor it while only recording the left/1 audio input in Ableton? Gonna try this l ...

I was able to get the samples down to 2 a slice, I actually think they were at two a slice but underestimated how many slices I had saving sample data without saving all previous sample data becomes tricky and doesn’t save individual as ksc, so I’m ditching the ksc auto load and now just going to the ...

So i found out how to change the program name which is good What I realized happens is that new indexes are created upon slice you can see them all right there, they are not in the range of the slices but immeadiatley after, I’ll try spreading the range so they have no place to be as I don’t see a wa ...
