I run Windows 7 Ultimate.

Because it is Windows 7. I get that too. So I switched to older laptop with XP.
Maybe you want to install XP if possible.

Only option I miss so much from TRINITRO is lack of saving SNG to MIDI
Glad I have most of MIDI copies. So now I combine SNG (trinity) and MIDI (CakeWalk with dumping) and save it as WRK file.
