I've recorded a digital piano on tracks 3+4 and then plugged it into 1+2 to do a "drumbeats" overdub. I read the manual carefully and had green lights on 3+4 and red lights on 1+2, then went into "Rehearsal mode" to experiment. But I can't hear tracks 1+2! 3+4 play back ok, and I get levels ...

Yes, I just did it. I replaced the crashed hard disk of my D888 with a 80 GB seagate barracuda 7200.10. My d888 contained a 40 gb seagate 72000.7. :shock: As TommyF said- "My Pa800 never freezes! Instead of a fast reset it would be better to solve the problem that causes the freezes" for your KB . What OS do you have? With the 1.6 I did not hear any freezes....[from other members...], [And for me-with the 1.1-1.5 there were not freezes too ...
