It appears to not be an option to rename the sd card anything other that the default “korg sd”. What am I missing here? “Rename” is faded out even when the sd drive is the only thing selected

Korg needs to make this easy. All they need to do is program into the next OS update that when you hold down shift while pressing synchro start, then when we play the first chord or note, BOTH players will start playing. Tempo lock would be automatically set to the tempo of player 1

on the 4x this was easy to do, practically automatic. Not so on the 5x. It's currently hidden in a "service" screen, which very few people know how to access. Anyone know how to access it?

Thanks. I’m obviously trying to first see if it’s a software-related issue which perhaps can be reset, before I go through the trouble of returning it. I’ve emailed Korg about it as well, and I’m awaiting their reply.

I now have to hit C2 very hard in order for it to sound it’s note. Only C2, no other key, my PA4X61 is only 2 weeks old!

PA4X not reading usb stick (f)...and after “korg disk/sd connection” enable, still no access to the usb stick. Exit doesn’t work at this point and even after usb stick is removed, the only way “out” is to power it off. Said usb stick is 64gb and works fine in any windows computer. I dinmt wven get to ...
