I’ve been owning a Kronos since 2017. It’s the only machine I’ve ever owned that, almost 4 years laters, still overwhelmes me with its capabilities. It requires a level of dedication that is really hard to achieve in these days where we long for instant gratification —and the Kronos does not lack in ...

Re: finally sold Kronos, giving up
The sequencer is so hard to use compared to anything else, there are a long long list of things that are more productive. among them legacy, but still worth it, all things considered: mc909 mpc4000 korg triton Not questioning your decision to sell, but the Triton was my bridge to Kronos. After ...

Its difficult to size up if a complex keyboard is going to fit your requirements. I also don't believe its useful to 100% follow when it appears that the board is super popular. IOW, I don't go by popularity. Initial enthusiasm might be driven by early adopter buyers. My thought is that it might be ...

I must say that I admire your realization, and you are not afraid to admit that the Kronos is not for you. With all of the power it has, it is complex. It is certainly not for everyone, and this is why there are so many other wonderful instruments available. Even if you can afford it, why have a ...

No offense meant, but you feel that it isn’t ‘just your fault’ yet thousands of owners are using them in myriad ways to achieve their desired results, so the capabilities are certainly there and the onus is on the owner to delve in and learn how to leverage those capabilities. Hopefully you can find ...

finally sold Kronos, giving up
Owning the Kronos was a struggle to get the most out of the instrument. If I was some genius player with a roadie I would make him setup the Kronos. As it stands, I hated navigating and trying to learn how to use it, trying to read the screen, all the insane non-ergonomic complexity. I hate Karma ...

Good riddance to KARMA. Forced Korg to remove its wonderful Triton style programmable arpeggiator and we spent years pretending that KARMA could do what the Triton arp did. KARMA is a party trick, let's get back to making arp sequences. yes while Karma is impressive in a way, it is a nightmare of ...

The PC4 has (what I can only assume is an appropriate for it) 4.32" screen. It's telling (or it should be) of the relative complexity, there is no way the Nautilus/Kronos engines could be practically edited with such a size. I'm not buying what you're selling. I guess it's really good then that I'm ...

one of the great features of the Nautilus is the "expression" knob. All the other control surfaces have been taken away, but this knob allows you to completely disable velocity, so the guitar guy cannot get louder than you at a gig, you can just be loud as possible no matter how hard you strike the ...

Triton Rack voltage - PSU? switch from 220 to 110
Hi,
before I buy a triton that is being used with 220 Power, can I use a 110 adapter and use the
same synth in different countries?
or is the synth itself wired internally for different voltages?
thanks

I would like Korg to keep supporting the Kronos. I have almost no complaints except it is hard to learn and the keybeds are maybe not as good as they could be, but i use other controllers ( but wish I didn’t need to). I would like support for hardware upgrades. I just hope that the Kronos is not d ...
