Need contact (possibly chat) of KORG company

Have been trying to contact Korg dealership here in India.. (Furtados)
But they dont seem to be responding.

I have some issues with the KORG PA1000.

Please help...

I have been trying to decrease the Volume of the TAP TEMPO volume as it is very loud (louder than the style) when tapped. I use it quite often when I need to set the tempo to the singer...

Its very annoying on the main PA system
