It's bad ram. You need very specific type of ram, you need one with 4 horizontal chips and one vertical, one-sided.

Hi! I've just picked up Volca Keys and enjoy its potential - fun machine! But so far I've found that envelopes in poly modes work as RTZ envelopes - meaning each new press generates envelope from zero = non-legato way. Which is the least useful way of handling polyphony ? You might try spraying Kontakt 60 or similar solution onto pot shaft and working the fluid into the pot's internals.

Otherwise look for replacement pot
