Yes, voice mode is for every timbre individually. So you can have a split with a mono/unison bass, and a poly pad.

Yeah, is a bit pricey for just use the copy function.
To me is useful in other ways. The librarian is much better than the Korg one, and I can assign a MIDI controller to edit user oscillator parameters with knobs (the biggest reason I like this editor).

I have the Sigabort MIDISynth editor for Prologue that have a function to copy between timbres.

I never had any problem loading Minilogue XD Multi Engine files into my Prologue 8.
May be the effect isn't working well. There are some Multi Engine files that have bugs and didn't work or half work...

I took a chance on windows 7 as well, changed nothing and just went through. Updated no driver or anything since late october I got mine. I installed 2.10 yesterday an played a bit with my Prologue, so far it is working right just 2.00... I can't say what the minor bugs where because I didn't find any difference yet.

I love my Prologue too!
