If there's no power at all it's most likely that the electrolytic capacitor C11 is defective - but bear in mind that even it's defective it could hold a high voltage and zzapp you if you aren't carefull! I recently inherited a Korg M1. It looks to be in perfect shape, but will not turn on. I opened it up and checked the fuse and it seems to be fine.
