Can the Kronos be used as a Control Surface?

I'm on my way to bestbuy thus afternoon to pick up ram for my kronos.
Can somebody post the Ram Specs for me?

it's been stuck at the halfway point for over 30 minutes?

today I decided to update to 2.1.2
it's been at it for about 10 minutes. how long is it supposed to take?
is that normal?

Is there a way globally to lower the overall volume of the kronos?
My signal is always too hot.

Pop the cover and check the seating of the RAM, the SSD and other connectors. If that doesn't help it's time for a service call. Sounds like it's out of warranty. I thought there was a kit that could be purchased.
I've had it since the release, but never felt the need to upgrade.
Now, all of a sudden I feel the need..... Lol

How do I purchase the Kronos Upgrade Kit? I've been googling it and find it.
