I speek with them and thei say it can’t be solved online, but they say that is problem with the flesh memory for boot.You have to rewrite that memory with a special service soft and than reinstall the os.
Let me know if you resolved the problem.

I payd about 60$ I try to contact them and if its possible to help you online I give you they phone number. I was asked them what the problem was, but they dident give me a concrete answer... I bought the keyboard used without warenty and was happy they coud made it, so I dont asked many questions ...
