are you changing the name before saving or recording? what you post is a normal warning to prevent over-writing , is this mp3 which you can't overwrite or midi?

now that the pA5X has a 1Tb drive and a similar drive could be fitted to the PA4x or even 3x couldn't korg partition the drive so users don't lose all their data in an update a 2Tb drive would be even better or even an external sata or other interface socket for an extra drive.
