hi, that solved it. the solution is to install the custom driver option. that loads an app that lists the usb usage. you can then delete a space for the korg. its a good little app and worth tagging. thanks for your help. if only korg documented things better..... not using a hub
installed driver both with Kross 2 connected and disconnected
windows Generic works and it can see the kross, but DAW doesn't see it, tried 2 DAWs
