Why should I, a hardware opsix owner have to buy a plugin?? I already have the real thing. What a crazy consumer world we live in.

Really doesn't sound good. Is this only happening when you initialize a patch?? If I were you I would return it, get a refund and put it towards something else. Maybe buy another opsix down the line when/if they sort the issues. Surely all those influencers, patch writers and beta testers that got ...

would this work??

To get by the 16 step limit on the sequencer I was thinking I could for example copy the same patch 4 times, edit the parameters on each patch copy to taste and get an external sequencer to send bank changes to chain things together. Does anyone know if this would work??

You've got your opsix sounding lovely. Particularly like the autechre sounding patch with the delay rate being modulated.

hello from Glasgow

Hello from Glasgow, nice forum you've got going here. Been a fan of korg since buying a dw6000 back in the day and my trusty microkorg which I love dearly. My taste in music right now is shoegazer/ambient/experimental electronica/proper techno/reggae/dub/ska/old skool raver stuff/80s synth pop ...

Please update my opsix

So far I'm enjoying my opsix but there a few things I'd like to see in an upcoming software update that would make it shine as a serious fm synth- 1.multi stage envelopes throughout including pitch/filter/assignable envelope It's just not the same using a typical adsr when shaping sounds with fm ...

Maybe try doing a reset?? Its somewhere in the manual with instructions on how to do it. Failing that, check the audio gear your opsix is connected to?? Is it the factory patches that sound low in volume?? If its your own patches it could be because the volume on the carriers are set too low or ...

Are you enjoying programming your wavestate??

Greetings wavestate owners, on Xmas eve I bought an opsix and so far I'm loving programming sounds that my dx7 could only dream of. I'm here to ask if you are enjoying programming patches on your wavestate or if its a total pain that really could use an editor. I ask because I've got an sy22 vector ...

loading of 4 op patches

I think it would be amazing if korg figured out a way for the opsix to load 4 op patch banks. I have hundreds of sounds I painstakingly programmed on my dusty old yammy 4ops that would sound great coming out of the opsix fx, filter and mod routing.
Please please please korg geniuses find a way

dx7 envelopes update for opsix

Must say, I'm really enjoying programming the opsix but I find myself wishing I had the option of having the old envelopes from the dx7 which are definitely more flexible than the typical adsr currently on the opsix.
Please nice people at Korg sort it out

I too look forward to the librarian being released, hopefully I'll be able to run it on my old pc running windows xp as that's where all my other editors and library software is.

I can see a lot of the old dx7 patches being opsixed :)

opsix crash

Hello all, has anybody had any crashes yet/? A few times while mucking about with the randomize function (trying to see if there's much use for it) I've had the opsix completely freeze, unresponsive to any button/encoder/slider action. I reset it by turning it off then on again and everything works ...
