I just got a Mk. II. I already have a Mk. I, I got this as a backup. From what I can make out, the only thing that is new is that it has more DWGS multisamples. The Mk. I had 85 multisamples, the MicroKorgXL+ has 64 (from the manual) and this new RK-100s Mk. II has 121. The presets are different ...
