Sweetwater tech went thru it all remotely and will be contacting Korg. No issues ever with my other synths such as Moog, Roland, ASM etc etc. Korg software is the worst in the universe and not being able to have support directly from them makes it even worse.

ERROR 4 when trying to update Firmware via the Updater.

Same issue with Wavestate and Opsix.

Korg is not answering to support questions sent via their website.

What's to do ?!!
