I agree, that was awesome!

be careful, if you use your tribes, you might mess them up!

Red does make a good point, although I think the best thing ever is to be able to smoke and drink while playing some music... live music anyway

Hi binzi- as far as other suggestions go, I can tell you how I use my setup much of the time. I also have the EMX/ESX/MK combo, and I often find myself wanting a keyboard to program the MX, so I connect the MK to it via midi. The MK's arpeggiator is a totally different experience from the tribes ...

You sure you mean 9-10 o'clock? That's only 1/4 volume! I get a radio-fuzz-like sound on both my EMX and my ESX, but not until the volume is at about 60%-70%. This is a known issue with the tribes and you'll need to compensate by boosting the input gain wherever the signal is going. I don't think it ...

Well, I am by no means an expert, but I can help you get as far as I have at least. First off, you'll need two midi cables (either separate or attached to each other). This way you can attach the midi inputs & outputs of each device. They send each other note and tempo data. From there it's *mostly ...

Problem Solved.
I finally figured it out after deeply scouring the manual AGAIN. The solution is to disable MIDI program change messages on the MicroKorg. How to do this: - Press SHIFT + 4 - Turn KNOB 2 (labeled "2/RESONANCE") until it reads "C-d" - Press SHIFT again. And that's it! I'm now able to arpeggiate from ...

MicroKorg Arpeggiator & EMX problem
First off, I just wanna say I've been reading this forum for a while and I'm happy to finally be a member :) I've learned a lot from poking around here. I know the MK's arpeggiator doesn't do a lot more than the MX's, but I like having the keyboard (that is, a real one) sometimes when I'm putting ...
