Since 20+ years in my rack all of my synthesizers (their own power buttons are always in the on position) are switched on and off using a "Power Manager" like this one https://www.conrad.at/de/power-manager-boos-rc-5-steckdosenanzahl-5-998577.html, also my Korg X50. I never had any problems doing so.

I'd try utilizing the 2 polyphonic arpeggiators within a Combination. Sorry, that's all I can help.

I am not using Reaper, but what comes into my mind is:

You need to add midi buses for each new channel in Reaper.

Either the firmware updating-software doesn't work with Win7 or you didn't install the usb-driver software.

... maybe you run out of voices, e.g. playing chords with a combination?

Since my v1.0.5 works fine, maybe the update did not work correct or the synth has a defect.
