I have the same problem :@
All the software is instaled the right way, and the PK is show life and light.
But it's not showing up in any of my software :S

What do I do??

I still get the same message in "Device Manager".:

"This device cannot start. (Code 10)" ...
As writen in post 1. But now there is light and all that fancy S*** :@
But i want to use it

It worked!
But now I have another problem... :/
It dosn't show up anywere, not in Live or FL, etc..
What is the problem? What do I do?

Just a guess, but do you have the padkontrol plugged into a USB hub? If so, does the hub has it's own power. If the PC seems to be sensing the padkontrol but shows no lights then maybe it's not getting enough power via usb. Or if you have it plugged in directly, it's possible that your USB port ...
