If you are just trying to get M3 audio through the EXB-FW and other audio in/out through your Tascam interface you should be able to do that without setting up any kind of aggregate audio interface. You should not be setting the M3 FW to be your audio interface at all. Just go into the M3 Editor ...

Only the memory upgrade comes from the Korg USA store. For the FW or Radias boards you go to a retailer (either a local or online store). Sweetwater.com and AudioMIDI.com both carry it (just the first two stores that I checked). Where are you looking for the M3 in AudioMIDI? If the M3 is connected ...

This thread is kind of funny. You are getting *very* different answers from people depending on what they want to use the board for and what other gear they already have. Those who have the Oasys (I am very jealous ) already have a keyboard with awesome sound and KARMA 2.x. I don't know why ...

I am not sure that I understand what you are trying to accomplish. What are you doing with the audio coming through the SPDIF in? By "jam to that music" are you wanting to listen to that music through the main outs (or the headphone outs)? If that is the case, then I don't think that you can do what ...

If I have to pain like in hell to write a single sequence on the M3 sequencer I would not go with that solution; on the other hand, if with the editor there is a way to write sequences on my DAW and trasnfer them on the workstation, well...that should be great! This has nothing to do with the M3 ...

What is interesting is if I get the Karma thing working, and quickly unplug the midi cables from the TS to the M3 - it works for a few seconds than quits. This makes me think that the M3 is having midi clock problems. Maybe. Karma software requires a specific keyboard (in your case, the Triton) to ...

I have the Triton Extreme 88, not the Triton Studio, but there shouldn't be any difference. I can play my M3 from the M3 keys themselves (of course), the Triton Extreme, and my Nord Modular G2. I am just using the factory setup for MIDI - no changes. Do you have some other way of testing your MIDI ...

I don't believe that there is a solution to the polyphony issue with the approach that you are taking. One of the big advantages of keeping all of the different sounds that you want to use in a single combi is that you can switch to a new sound without a sustained note using the old sound cutting ...

The Radias module can be attached to the M73 (and M88), but you will need to purchase some additional hardware. You would need to get the "Tray option" *and* the "Hinge mechanism" (in the $15US each) to attach the Radias to the board. I don't have the Radias module (just the EXB-Radias), but I have ...
