Hi Sharp, I've been AWOL for a decade, but recently plugged back in and am bringing my Triton out of hibernation. I'd like to pull the samples out of your Jarre zip and get them into the triton, but can't see an easy way. I'm a bit out of touch. Can you offer pointers as to how i might do it, or are ...

Hi and thanks for your thoughts. I agree on many counts. To take a concert live with no preset sounds is a big ask. One they accomplished with great flair. It was great to see Jarre in a more intimate venue (describing the Albert as intimate might seem a bit daft, but in comparison to Wembley or ...

Well... I've just got back from the Albert Hall. What a treat to see those old instruments at work. (I'll forgive the Alesis A6 that was prominent in Jarre's rack). Nice sound, and the Albert Hall acoustics fantastic as always. Lots of people on their feet at the end, slapping hands at the stage ...

lets face it - it's not going to rock.... Oxygene isn't that kind of piece, and a bunch of nigh on 60 year olds twiddling dials and playing one handed lines isn't going to have people bouncing. Plus, Jarre is a horrible performer. His improv skills are shocking. BUT, and it's a big but, this is the ...

Just got my tickets for the Albert Hall. I saw him 20 years ago in the docks, and again at Wembley. (wembley was dire....) The guys approaching 60, and seeing him performing Oxygene on the original kit isn't going to be a "rocking" event, but do you think he's got another big show in him? I don't ...

I'm typing quickly 'cause we don't have much time Bill.... We have to reaffirm that every third line, and we have to overuse the character names in telephone calls, despite it being ridiculously unnatural. That's ok though, because we're all mutants who don't eat, sleep, or pee for a whole day... we ...

I'm not sure it being two men kissing makes any difference. It certainly doesn't make it more offensive in my eyes. It's the whole church/homosexuality issue thats being raised. In fact, two men might have been more effective for the piece. Ultimately the artist wants to sell the image on canvas and ...

Does this image please or displease you?
http://www.fingerbowl.co.uk/images/window-drops.jpg I have recently produced this image for a local artist. It is 2m x 1.4m and hangs in three sections as illustrated. The piece, entitled "For the Love of...!" will be displayed in the window of a high street gallery during a week long art festival ...

And the answer is....
As always it's a close run thing on the poll but the actual answer is: You are better of changing your mind when given the choice. If you change your mind you have a 2 in 3 chance of winning. The explanation above is absolutely right. It's really easy to understand if you sketch it out.... so I have ...
