I bought an external hard drive on e-bay for the trinity HDR,when I got it I saw that it was used (it was described as new).It had no instructions but the HDR -TRI manual says you have to terminate the hard drive before you formate it and to look at your hard drive manual to see how.Does anybody ...

I have the HDR-TRI installed and I powered it up and pressed enter+9 and it read hdr-tri 1.39.I heard the newest update was 2.01.Is it an eprom or software update and can it still be purchased? thanks

I just went to test mode and did an internal test and every thing came back ok it even recognized the V3 update but still no sound.
