I know my request seems without a sample, the sound I am referring to, I will post a sample as soon as I can get hold of ...

Thanks a million Sonaroid :) . Let me find somebody who can bring down this for me in Panama. Thanks again buddy. BTW, in the page, I noticed, it says 'MUST WORK IN PAIR', does it mean, I have to buy two of these?

Oh, i see. Well the thing is that you probably don't have enough RAM memory installed. The TR puts the new samples into a RAM memory. On a startup screen on the bottom you can see how much ram you have installed. You can find information on this forum where to buy RAM. You probably have 16 Mb now ...

Just to add one more point Nikola, I bought this TR 76 recently from a local KORG retailer. Are the SIMM slots supposed to be empty initially, I mean are you supposed to buy memory separately? :(

Thanks Nikola, I think you are referring to the left bottom corner where it's mentioned SIMM slot 1 and SIMM slot 2. I see both are empty. :(. GOing by what you said, if I load only one KMP at a time (I have quite a few in the SD card), won't it require any RAM?

I tried loading the sample. I inserted the SD card after turning on the TR, went to MEDIA, took one KSC file, pressed f8. It gave me a memory overflow error. :(

Thanks Nikola. "Back up your data" sounded like a warning :(

I have now the samples in an SD card. What do you want me to do before I plug in the card after turning on the TR? I mean wrt backing up the data.
