Hi Alex,

the operation guide of Korg Microstation explains how to set and route effects, on page 45 ff. An editor on your PC is helpful, but not needed. The editor is free of charge and actually part of the product.

Korg microStation is a fantastic workstation (synth), having various sounds and combinations, it's sequencer allows recording on 16 tracks. It might be worth looking into this option for a low budget, but high quality synth.

the biggest improvement is added KAOSS functionality (my humble opinion). I'm quite certain Korg'll make further developments on this feature, however it enables you already to have entirely different control for your machine.

it might make sense to choose another pad first, simply press "Shift" + "Pad#" and choose whatever pad suits you, adjust volume and FX amounts. To save store together with style.
