thanks... i have heard many complaints about how "rigid" the sound is from the MS synths, i often process the sounds through a analog piece of hardware quite often to avoid this. my eyes have turned to a true analog synth, but haven't really found one that has the interface like the MS. anybody chain multiple MS2000 units here?

I have a MS2000B that I have wanted to sync with another rack unit. I can see how much fun it could be to copy complex patches to the second machine to edit sequences and envelopes, etc. on that machine. Just curious if anybody is doing it and how it turned out for them.

same problem..sorta...

I did the same thing kinda. I put just 200mA over the top rating and ended up frying the synth somewhere that I could not spot after taking the unit apart. I lost my original ac adapter and replaced it with a adjustable voltage one. It was set to the correct voltage, however it was 200mA over. It took about a year and it finally fried something out.
