- Korg Trinity V3 (I really had to sell to get food that month otherwise I would never) - Korg M3r rack becuase it was my first rack unit ever. One felt so "professional" having a rack. - Trusty and wonderful Fender(Casio MIDI model) Guitar, though bad latency on low strings much better exists now ...

I might back that up as with my (digital) Axiom Pro did just that kind of weird things .. you would think a digital corrupt all in one go.. but it went away bit by bit pitch going into aftertouch eventually, and then all mad unusable rubbish now :( So digital CAN behave that weird step by step ...

But the pitch thing is triggered by aftertouch? I looked something up recently, the DX7 have a very tight thing going on with Pitch. PITCH BIAS in manual page 55 says something but that would be true if it is pitch bending effect using aftertouch not an actual vibrato. Looked up what that card thing ...

The DX7S model has polyaftertouch the other DX7's doesn't. Also how you described aftertouch sounds more like you described release velocity? The DX7 is a bugger to find parameters in, so it might be some easy miss. EDIT Worth a shoot at least; .. Try check controls 15 and 16 in edit mode. Pitch and ...

Actually, Maybe It could be just some physical electronical damage that just happens to make that strange behaviour. I just had a similiar problem on a Axiom Pro, after had some (very minor) bump to it it began for each time get more and more peculiar in its controllers.. First up was modwheel died ...

Welcome :) I hear you I'm torn the same way, acoustic instruments feels alive and it comes for free, it lies within them naturally to be mastered and conqered. I can see synths work the same way if wanted but also why synths fails to be mastered the same way.. all goodies are too often way deep ...

Are you sure it isn't just aftertouch? Sounds like aftertouch as it is intensity dependent I'm sure it is.

i remember saving some instructions I dug them up, maybe they could be any use for you.. "You must disassembly the Prophecy keyboards assembly and carefully remove the after-touch pressure strip and make repairs. By adding a second layer of rubber to the strip, thereby increasing it's over all ...

I think the "M1" covers T range perfectly on the card section it's named "T1 Card" and ranges 11 cards (the tab right of the M1 cards). I think those cards represent actual T series extras compared to M series.(totally little over 300 patches). I could be misstaken but I've played so much with T3ex ...

I know only of some M1 pack in Korg M3 format http://www.karma-lab.com/forum/showthread.php?t=15567 Don't know what Korg format you need them exactly, maybe that could help. You cannot be too picky when it comes to having default patches on other instruments. Sounds like you need the samples ...
