Hi,

Thank you. Yeah, that is more recent, I lost contact in December of last year. I got super busy and then my hard drive failed so I was on an old computer before I got another one.

Thanks again for reaching out.

Looking for help in finding a member...

Hi everyone, Has anyone recently heard from or personally know (in real life, not cyberspace) T3owner ? A member here in good standing. I am trying to reach this person. Nothing is wrong, he didn't rip me off or do me bad, we simply fell out of communication and I am having trouble reaching him. It ...

Thank you Narioso, I will check that out and get the photos up on this site. I have a feeling that the floppy is toast (bad without recovery) and I have an X3R (a friend's unit) that has the same issue "drive not ready" after replacing the belt with a fresh belt. However, a plastic piece doesn't ...

Hi, Still have not found a site to host my photos :( - BUT.... I did pull the trigger on a T3. More money than I wanted to spend by a c-note easily. Hopefully, it doesn't have too much wrong with it, it looks good in the photos. Certainly, it doesn't look abused. So hopefully I have it by next week ...

Hi forum, I didn't get the photos placed anywhere. Very much behind the 8-Ball. This question "X3 Part" might belong in the Korg Synths (General) section? There is a lot going on here I am sure because there is so much good product within the Korg line of musical instruments. I replaced the belt on ...

Korg X3 part

Hi, I found this rattling around in my X3. Can anybody identify it? It was on the right side of the keyboard near the key touch strip and the plastic keys (in between there, came out easily when I shook it to the side). It could be also used as a Yamaha part possibly. Unfortunately, the keyboard ...

Anybody replace keys in a X5 or X3 before?

Hi: Has anyone replaced the "ivory's" on one of these synths before? I got about half way in and chickened out. I do not want to do any damage as the service center is cost reasonable. it is more of a time thing than anything else. Sorry so long winded, my nature to be wordy. Also not sure the parts ...

Thanks DJ! I called a service center and it seems that it isn't too bad ($$$) to replace the two keys. It doesn't look too hard to replace them, but there is stuff in the way, so I might have the service center do it. It is time and money. With me doing it I could do it in less than an hour for 1/4 ...

Another new guy (replacing broken X3 keys)

Hi everyone: Found this place... if I didn't bust a couple of keys on my X3, I would not be here, but I guess I am glad I found you all. The broken keys (don't ask!) are the C# and D an octave above middle C. I am really heartbroken over this. This keyboard has not given me any problems whatsoever ...
