funny you ask now.

It resolved itself and has worked, but now it is doing it again.

No idea. Ready to junk it and get a real mixer thats actually supported by the manufacturer.

Korg Zero 8 Won't boot?!? Lights keep cycling orange/blu

time to take it in?

unit powers on, LCD display comes on, can set sample rate by holding cue buttons, but then the lights always just cycle between oragne and blue endlessly.

Have tried flash init, and everything else.

ideas?

try starting it up in a forced sampling rate mode. you can do 44.1k, 48k, and 96k i believe. Hold down channel cue button 1, 2, or 3 respectively while turning it on. You will see the forced sampling rate on the screen. Once it's on, then plug in firewire. I've found that using the default dynamic ...

the firewire spec allows you to daisy chain up to 64 devices per channel, I believe. When i use my setup, i have had an ozonic plugged into the zero 8. There is no such thing as a firewire "hub" for multiple devices as there is for USB. Any firewire "hub" that you might find are actually just ...
