Hi, I've had my I-4S NEW since Dec. 1996. It works perfectly SINCE I RETIRED & kept 'HER' in the closet in it's case ! Why? Because, in Oct. of 1998-I was working a cruise ship, making the good $ & upgraded to the I-30. So I kept my trusty I-4S as a backup, just in case. I never had to use her again ...
