Tube used here still.
A item that might help if this effect is desired still is an ART Tube Preamp.
Tube MP(s) in use here along with other guitar pedals that use a tube or two.

Problem with seeing CF using USB

I got this problem, I can not see the cf drive from the win2k system. Midi is fine. I ran into this before a while back. It has worked in the past. Since I did a re-arrange in the studio, the usb port was moved from what it was original. Run down, media, pull down from the utility, usb storage mode ...

Grendel's Dance Video up at youtube

I was going to use this video for the DWT series but I somehow lost contact with them. I waited around for the whole month of April, more or less, but nada is heard ... maybe my email goes into a spam folder or something ;-) so I have this video setting on the drives in avi formats (yea, several ...

Yes they would cuz maybe in the future they will make a Valve Force that works on Surround Sound and probably do FireWorks too. But we might have to wear a helmet. imgine that, a built in light show for your synth(s). Surround sound is very interesting, what I done with it so far is very ...

Surround Sound? Why are we always stretching it? I am not being an idiot
but sometimes things get funny. Are we ever happy?
no, if we did get happy, would the synth makers still be around?

Doing the Buzz, Arthur C. Clarke Tribute CD, soon to be out

In honor and respect to the late great Arthur C. Clarke, I started a tribute CD. Right now both CD(s) are nearly filled. I am waiting for 9 more tracks in, wave wise to see how much or not space I have. Part of the net proceeds will be going to the Arthur C. Clarke Foundation. It will be on CD Baby ...

Seems stereo to me, works well. The trick or hard part, adjusting it just right for recording. If you have midi hooked up and record midi first, I found that saving the sysex string for reuse of the favorite tweak workable, else, it is a store to the program or combi or worst, adjust it before you ...

I Sold my Z1 to fund & make room for my Triton Extreme, and I've just recently added the Moss board. I haven't had much time to have a good play with it yet, but I suspect it will mainly be used for synth lead and bell sounds which I believe are its strong points. I think it's fairly versatile. You ...

It's in my Extreme 88. It's use is for synth sounds but I find tinkering with it, it's got many other uses. In some cases, it now does the job of my MS2000. I been able to take the patches I use with my MS2k and bring right into the MOSS very easy. Using the Soundtower editor too. With out that ...
