>> First of all, this was supposed to be their future platform, so, I'm at a loss to understand why did they create a separate architecture / platform for M3. > This has been discussed before. Korg started development for the chip used in the M3 in 2001. It allowed us to make a system at a much ...

So far I was polite in my expression on the subject. Now I'm going to be "direct" in highlighting some points in the benefit of customers, as I want KORG to realize that customer are VERY MUCH capable of assessing the situations and they are not idiots to let some of these things go unnoticed. The ...

Stephan, I have great respect for you as a person and as a technology innovator.. A small suggestion and a request - please don't get into a defensive mode and especially to defect KORG on this subject. There are some strong view points around and it will be sad to see you getting in a conflict for ...

GREAT sounds!

These are ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS SOUNDS!! Well programed and very much PLAYABLE and USABLE (most important)! I especially loved the guitars and ethnic programs. Good job KORG, you accomplished some damage correction to your reputation in my books - I had almost started to think that you guys are going ...

>> Perhaps it might be good to consider a different approach. I just save projects to the hard drive. I've never had to re-program a single Combi or Sequence, since they are all stored along with the necessary Programs, Drum Kits, and Wave Sequences in a PCG file. Irrespective of my mixed emotions ...

It's a waste of time to discuss anything on this thread. KORG folks do not care to respond to this critical user request which have been floating around over years - personally I don't need a sequencer update but this discussion and KORG's non-disclosure strategy has pissed me off. Also this high ...

Reduce the noise osc (drop level), adjust filter frequency (trim high overtones), add "exciter" and smooth reverb, and just EQ -- all to your taste.

Hi elevated, I guess the raw samples contain vibrato. Mike, I agree. These samples are so good that I want to use them even for a case where I want a stable strings character.. Can anyone from Karo suggest a workaround (if any)? I'm not complaining about these samples but there are times when I don ...

Just to explain my point about the Strings sound on O1/W, listen to these Strings on O1/W (12 years old technology). I will be greatful if KORG guys or anyone in this community helps me reproduce this sound on Oasys :-)

Karo Strings - how to remove that "Vibrato"

Any idea? I intend to use these strings and want a STABLE sound without any Vibrato / Tremolo / modulation effect.. could not easily remove the nature of these strings through Oasys. Any pointers please?
