I think I need to clarify...I use the standard harmoniser functions on about 65% of my song list. It was the pitch correction and the other "EXTRA" stuff you get when you pay the upgrade I was talking about. That part, in my view, is not worth the money. Dennis PS thought I would add that Korg ...

You cannot add markers to MP3 files on the PA2xPro, or the PA1xpro. Is that definitive enough for you?

The lyrics are still tied to the Songbook, there is just a quick jump button on the front now, instead of going through the Songbook first.
Lyrics are STILL part of the Songbook Area and need to be linked to either a Midi File or a Style as part of a Songbook entry.

FWIW, when I owned my first PA1xpro I paid for the upgrade and to be honest I used it once, for some "muck around" guest vocalist at a party gig. In my view, a fun "novelty" but not very useful in real terms.

Maybe another way is to edit the STS before recording so that the STS with the Flute only has, say, Reverb as its effect and turn off all other effects, whilst the STS disto gtr can have the appropriate overdrive effects apply to it. AFAIK the effects are saved with each STS.

Okay, as I said it was a long shot...in that case thats a real bummer m8. One does not pay that many dollars to get a unit made on a Friday afternoon, or Monday morning.

Hi Gary Might be a long shot, but have you checked that any pitch bends embedded within the midi files have been zeroed and/or there are no "rogue" bend commands in them somehwere? It can happen that there may be either pitch bend levels left in accidentally when erasing , or a bend used but then ...
