Is there a way to Restore Factory Defaults by holding down certain buttons? I need help. I called the closest service center and they told me it would cost $100 because they need to re-load the OS. Isn't that something the user can do on his own with the software we have?

I'm having the same problem! I just tried to update the 2.0 software and it failed in the middle of the update. I hope there's a way out of this.

At the time I was updating my Radias to the 2.0 updater, something went wrong right in the middle of the upload. So I turned it off and back on again, and now it wont load. The knobs and screen light up like it's about to load, but never does. It Just stays on. Any ideas how I can get it back on? Is ...
