Maybe I was a bit hasty with my post, I just figured the whole issue out my self. For future ppl who experience the same problems. Here's the solution: The notes differ one octave between logic and korg kontrol edit, so if you put c2 on pad one i edit it will end up as c1 in logic. So I just put c3 ...
