I recently had to replace a contact strip in my Krome 88. What fun it is to disassemble. ;-) Put it back together and problem solved...until the following week when another note acted up. After playing that key repeatably several times it straightened out for the night. It does seem like there is ...

It sounds like you have already read the section related to RPPR (Realtime Pattern Play/Recording) in the Krome Operational Manual starting on page 71. Also the Cue List function may work for you, refer to page 74. The RPPR is cool because you can trigger patterns that have been assigned to any keys ...

This same question was asked (by the same person) on another forum. Following is part of my response which I think will make the Krome do what he wants. I'm re-posting it here so other Krome owners can try it if needed (and let me know if it does in fact work) because I haven't had time to try it ...

Not sure if this is your issue, but keep in mind that even if you pan a sound fully to either output, if that sound is routed though effects, the wet portion (and possibly some dry depending on the effects settings) will still be sent to the other output. To completely isolate sounds to left/right ...

While I would love a Kronos, two things swayed me toward the Krome; price and boot-up time. The Kronos takes about 4 minutes to turn on (maybe this has been changed with the newest version but I don't think so. The Krome take 1 minute. It would be a real drag if the stage power were to cut out and ...

Hi caseous, I saw your posts at Harmony Central regarding the Krome and responded there. The problem shown in the video link you provided is not a normal occurrence. I play fairly heavy-handed sometimes and have never had this issue. I do believe there may have been some issues early on since the ...

Since no one else has responded, I thought I would give it a go. There is no way of assigning one of the footswitch inputs to trigger a note directly. On the other hand, you could create a 1 bar sequence with a time signature of 1 at the fastest tempo available and make sure the sequence is set to ...
