How are you guys hooking up your volca to your daw??
Since the volca's only have a headphone out.

Are you using a 'y' splitter?? or are you using a mixer line in or what??

i Think i figured out how to save sequences.
You hold Func+Write then pick M1 thru M8.

I have questions about the sequencer on the volca keys. As the manual that comes with it isn't clear on some things. When I load a sequence from the memory,(Memory+M1 thru M8 ), how do I erase it and put in my own sequence?? Manual only says how to load and save a sequence not how to edit it and ...

According to the manual "Press REST/TIE key to input a rest"
But the "REST/TIE" key is actually the PART MUTE key.
Pressing it while in STEP EDIT doesn't seem to do anything.

The manual is extremely vague in this area.
Can anyone help?

When i add a synth part in part edit, like a bass sound(M1-bass), it sounds fine in keyboard mode. But when i play it back it sounds like a high pitch click, not a bass at all. What gives ? Once you find the sound you want in part edit mode it should sound the same when you play it back. Synth ...
