I'm getting one for my Birthday apparently I think it would complement a KP3 by the looks of things!

I'm thinking of getting the latest Pandora so I can use it to jam along to.

Can anyone tell me what the preset patterns are like? Is there a lot of variation or am I better of getting a drum machine?

Ah cheers! I like the idea of having something tactile to play so the Kaossilator might be ok for some fun noodling maybe. Maybe I really need to look into something like Ableton Live?
