I have the same problem. The pitch wheel is only bending the note a half step even when the pitch bend is set to bend a whole step. If I turn it up to 3 half steps it bends 2 half steps. The worst part is that the mod wheel bends the pitch up a half step along with the modulation. This is the same ...
