I'm not sure yet how I'll use it. I play in a Rod Stewart tribute band that also does other covers and original songs. I have master Set List with every song in alphabetical order which gets updated when we put a new song in our repertoire. I make a copy of that Set List and use the copy to put the ...

setlist maker midi transmit
thanks for the info, but I want to do it the other way around.... I want to select on the Kronos Setlist and have it bring up the notes on OnSong! Setlist maker can do exactly what you described. I asked the programmer, Arlo Leach, to implement this feature and he did! I select the patch/song on ...

Firmware update improvements?
I did the OS update first. It worked as expected.
I tested the keyboard, and liked it.
Then I updated the firmware.
Other than the new icons on the boot up screen, what else does the firmware add?
I cant tell.

:( That's why I was a bit selfish in ordering it last week and not publicising the link until after I received the manual today as last time the original Kronos service manual was linked to on here, korg got them to stop selling it almost immediately. It's a shame as there's a lot more info in this ...

Re: My Latest Rock Song But WIth a Bass You Can hear!
I noticed; and so did some other people that the bass was kinda low. I fixed that and also adjusted a drum track to make all the drum tracks a bit smoother. If smoother is the right word for what I consider a kick "bottom" (not gonna use the a** word) RAWK song! https://soundcloud.com/jeremykeys/01 ...

Re: KRONOS essential missing functions for live performance
1. ULTIMATELY IMPORTANT FOR LIVE ! : option to program SETLIST slots not to change until both the hands and sustain pedal have been released. e.g: when you hold a chord at the end of a verse before reaching the chorus with your foot on the sustain pedal, freeing your hands to hit the next slot on ...

I like Michel's idea of having a set list with everything sorted alphabetically. I may have to set that up. That would make it easy to call something up on the fly, if needed. Actually, somewhere in the future I want to make a new feature in PCG Tools to automatically sort a set list (or program ...
