Well i have readed your "Generally to set up a beat" and now it works, thanks!
Only still have one problem, when i press a key it plays the beat in aftertouch.
How do i put that off for the beat?
And also how do you remove your own users init programs?

Well the manual described that, with use of the USB port it will send and receives midi. Thats why i thought that Cubase would pick it up, because in Cubase when i set the Radias as Master Keyboard i get sound, but not from the Vocoder only the piano. So if iam not mistaken, the Korg Radias or Xmicro doesn't send sound to the computer, only if the midi channels are the same.

But what if i want to use Cubase with my Korg Radias and Vocoder ?
