Getting patch names in INS file export
I am a new owner of a Kronos Titanium 61, and wanted to create a Cakewalk INS file for all the sounds that are installed (yes, I still use Cakewalk SONAR) The Kronos Editor software (v3.1) does enable me to export an INS instrument file, but the file does not actually contain the patch names - Just ...

Why some keys need to "warm up" longer then others
After I turn on my SV-1 76, there are about 12 keys that will not sound. The key feels OK, but there is no sound output nor MIDI output. If I wait a while (5-10 minutes) the other keys gradually come back to life. Sometimes it takes almost 30 minutes for a particular key to come back to life. I can ...

Metronome without accent beat?
If you want to use the M3 sequencer to record with the metronome, you apparently have no choice but to use 4/4 time, as every 4th beat is accented. I would prefer to have a straight beat without the accent. Is there anyway to get this?

Any way to make the M3 behave like a GM sound module?
I'd l like to clean up my rack and get rid of an old Roland JV-1010, which I only use when I need a General MIDI sound module (for use with Band-in-a-box). I'd rather just use my M3.. I can initialize GM on the M3, which sets up the sequencer to use bank G, but it won't respond to the standard GM ...

I ordered the 3 DVDs and have only made it through the first one and half of the second, but it is definatly worth the money. I have little patience for the Korg users guide, and I found every thing I needed to know in the DVD. Plus, I like Paul's down-home southern accent. Seems like he should be ...
