great to hear responses from forumers here -

it's true that using a combi program to seq a song is limited

but the combis are great performances patch for creating

demos on the fly before laying them onto a proper DAW.

From the drop down menu in "Sequencer Mode" there is an option "Copy From Combi" which seems to copy the entire combination or part of it to the active midi channel/track.
