Hi there, Newbie producer starting out with an X50 , KP3 , EMX-1 and ESX-1, Ableton and NI Komplete 6. Of course, i have totally stripped mine empty and added all my fav EQ'd one hit samples. But if your starting out that info would have been useful for me as i bought the ESX-1 to learn the basics before i splashed out on other studio parts.

I have both the ESX-1 and the EMX-1 and love them both. In my honest opinion the drum samples are more and varied on the EMX strangley enough. Aside to the obvious lack of filter controls on the drum parts. But i EQ, Pitch and sample the drums i want to use on my computer first and sample onto the ...
